Mistletoe Cocktail

Get into the holiday spirit with Zees Wine Bar & Grill’s mistletoe cocktail! Who’s ready to sip some festive cheer? This festive Mistletoe cocktail combines the tartness of cranberry juice with the smoothness of vodka, a splash of lemon juice and club soda. Perfect to serve at Christmas parties, a New Year’s Eve bash or any get-together this winter season.

Ingredients

2 oz Vodka

1 oz Lemon juice

2 oz Rosemary simple syrup

Club soda

Cranberries

Rosemary sprig

Method

  1. Add the vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for 20 seconds.
  3. Pour into a rock glass with ice and top with club soda.
  4. Garnish with cranberries and rosemary sprig.

Apple Cider Margarita

Feeling festive? Raise a toast to the season with our Apple Cider Margarita – the ultimate Christmas cocktail! This festive cocktail blends the comforting flavors of apple cider with the tangy kick of tequila, perfect for sipping by the fireplace.

Ingredients

2 oz Cuervo Tequila

½ oz Cointreau

3 oz Apple cider

Dash of bitters or a sweet & spicy simple syrup

Granny Smith apple slices, cinnamon stick, and dried star anise to garnish

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice.
  2. Shake for 20 seconds.
  3. Pour into a 10 oz coupette glass rimmed with Tajin spice.
  4. Score a cinnamon stick with a small butane torch and place the glass over it while it exudes a small amount of smoke.
  5. Garnish with apple slices, dried star anise and and scored cinnamon stick.
