The Sip & Savour event returns to The Gardens at Pillar and Post on Friday, February 28 & November 7, 2025!
The Sip & Savour events are so popular we’ve created a signature getaway package that includes luxurious overnight accommodations, exclusive access to The Gardens, a Sip & Savour passport with food and beverage vouchers, a keepsake Vintage Hotels’ plastic glass, and complimentary parking.
The Sip & Savour Passport is your ticket to experience Niagara’s best tastemakers. Each registered guest will receive 5 beverage + 5 food vouchers to redeem from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Friday. Plus enjoy live music 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Additional treats and beverages can also be purchased from The OutPost.

- Prince of Wales: Winter root vegetable “scouse” stew, swedes, parsnip, carrots, turnips, potatoes, dark ale, soda bread crumb
- Queen’s Landing: Braised pork belly, sweet potato purée, apple cider gastrique
- Pillar & Post: Sticky toffee pudding, caramel anglaise, fresh whipped cream
- Inn On The Twenty: Turkey tourtière with a sweet potato and thyme biscuit
- Zees Wine Bar & Grill: Caramelized onion and fig tarts with whipped goats cheese
- Niagara’s Finest Thai: Thai coconut soup with chicken
- HobNob Restaurant & Wine Bar: Beef short rib gnocchi, basil tomato pesto, parmesan cheese
Hotel guests booked under a different package and non-hotel guests who would like to attend can have access to The Gardens during these hours with the purchase of a Sip & Savour passport.
