What You Will Need
🎄Your choice of fresh flowers (roses, lavender, baby’s breath, thistle, cockscomb, amaranth, statice, pampas grass, craspedia, eucalyptus, yarrow, or hydrangea)
🎄Strong pair of scissors
🎄Thin baker’s string
How to Assemble
- Tie the stems of your flowers with string and hang them upside-down in a cool, dry place for 2 – 3 weeks. Ensure flowers are dried upside-down to maintain their shape.
- Once dried, untie the bouquets and trim stems to about 5 inches. Cut a 15-inch piece of string.
- Hold the flowers together in a bunch just below the blossoms, arranging them neatly.
- Use the string to tie the flower bunch tightly. Wrap the string around the stems and tie again with a secure knot. Trim any excess stem length if needed.
- Tie the flower bunches to the boughs of your Christmas tree using the string. Ensure they are secured with a good knot.
Once all the bouquets are tied to the tree, snip any extra string and step back to admire your floral Christmas tree!
