What You Will Need

🍓Edible flowers (e.g., pansies, violets, chamomile, or marigolds)

🍓Small fruit pieces (e.g., raspberries, blueberries, or citrus slices)

🍓Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme, mint, basil, or rosemary)

🍓Ice cube tray (silicone trays work best)

🍓Filtered or distilled water (for crystal-clear ice)

How to Assemble

  1. Prepare Ingredients
    Gently rinse the edible flowers and fruit pieces. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. Fill the Ice Cube Tray
    Place flowers, fruit pieces, and herbs into each compartment of the ice cube tray. Arrange them face down for a more vibrant look when frozen.
  3. Add Water
    Fill the tray halfway with filtered or distilled water. Freeze for about 2 hours to partially set the ingredients in place.
  4. Top off & Freeze
    Once the first layer is frozen, fill the rest of the tray with water. This helps keep the flowers and fruit suspended in the middle of the cube. Freeze completely.
  5. Serve & Enjoy
    Pop the ice cubes out and add them to cocktails, mocktails, or sparkling water for a fresh and elegant touch!
