Red Icicle
Whether you’re celebrating the New Year or simply enjoying a cozy night in, this Red Icicle cocktail is the perfect way to indulge in the spirit of the season. Garnished with fresh cranberries and rosemary, this cocktail is not only delicious but also visually stunning.

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Icewine
3 oz Cranberry juice
3 oz Ginger ale
Cranberries
Rosemary sprig
Method
- In a tulip glass with ice, add the Icewine, cranberry juice, and ginger ale.
- Garnish with cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
Icewine Cranberry Spritz
Toast to the New Year with an Icewine cranberry spritz, a perfect blend of festive flavors to celebrate Niagara’s Icewine season and the annual Icewine Festival.

Ingredients
1 oz Niagara Vidal Icewine
1 oz vodka
½ oz cranberry syrup
3 oz Niagara Charmat sparkling wine
Splash (1oz) soda water
Oranage slice, rosemary sprig, sugared cranberries for garnish
Method
- Add the Icewine, vodka, and cranberry syrup over ice in a large Bordeaux red wine glass.
- Mix together and add the sparkling wine, and a splash of soda water.
- Make sure to add the sparkling and soda water last if you desire a layered effect.
- Garnish with a fresh orange slice, rosemary sprig, and sugared cranberries.
