Niagara Peach Fizz
Sip, relax, repeat. Enjoy the taste of summer with our refreshing Niagara Peach Fizz cocktail!

Ingredients
¼ oz Grenadine
1½ oz Crown Royal peach liquor
4 oz Bella Terra Brut (Niagara sparkling)
2-3 oz Orange juice
Method
- Pour ¼ ounce of grenadine into the bottom of a Collins glass.
- Fill the glass with ice to the top.
- Add 1½ ounces of Crown Royal peach liquor.
- Pour 4 ounces of Bella Terra Brut (Niagara sparkling).
- Add 2 – 3 ounces of orange juice.
- Garnish with an orange slice & biodegradable agave straw.
- Gently stir with the straw to reveal the peach colour.

Ingredients
½ oz Disaronno
½ oz Grand Marnier
3 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Goslings dark rum
Orange slice
Method
- Place Disaronno and Grand Marnier into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add pineapple juice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a glass.
- Layer Goslings dark rum on top.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
